Kids & Youth

Emerald Youth Foundation

Emerald Youth Foundation's mission is to raise up a large number of urban youth to love Jesus Christ and become effective leaders who help renew their communities. Emerald Youth ministers to kids and youth through after school programs, sports and college/career guidance.

Fellowship partners with Emerald to provide youth mentors, volunteer at events, and provide resources for after school programming.

Hope Resource Center

There are many ways to support women and families in our community through Hope Resource Center. This resource helps women through mental and physical health needs with Christian-centered care.

We support this organization as they provide mentors, take meals for Parenting Classes, purchase and/or wrap baby shower items, or simply donate to their general operations.

Street hope

Street Hope is a nonprofit organization on a mission to eliminate the sexual exploitation and trafficking of children in Tennessee. Street Hope provides safe environments to foster hope and healing through Jesus Christ.

Fellowship partners with this organization to provide resources, financial support, and other relational care needs. We also partner with Street Hope to receive special training on awareness and prevention of sexual exploitation and the exploitation of children.

Amachi - Knoxville Leadership Foundation

Amachi assists children who have one or both parents incarcerated. Consistent and committed volunteer mentors of faith help these kids achieve their highest potential. This is accomplished by simply spending time with them, giving them an ear and creating opportunities for fun and happiness.

Right now there are over 2,000 children in Knox County with one or both parents incarcerated. Statistically, without intervention, 70% of them will end up incarcerated as adults. Children with mentors do better in school, get along better with their families, and are less likely to abuse drugs or alcohol than their peers. Fellowship offers mentors from our church body to help fulfill this need for mentorship.

Thrive Lonsdale & Parkridge

Thrive offers hope & facilitates change through Christ-centered relationships. Thrive ministers to kids at-risk in a variety of areas in Knoxville.

Volunteers are necessary to share the Gospel through trusting, encouraging, and loving relationships. Fellowship partners with Thrive to provide resources to further the good work they are accomplishing in these communities.

Opportunities to serve exist through three main programs: Thrive After-School, Thrive Summer, and Mentoring.
