What is Buddy Ministry?
Buddy ministry provides a one-on-one volunteer to kids (Nursery - 5th Grade) who have a disability or other unique need. Buddy volunteers engage in classroom support to the child so he/she can learn about Jesus alongside friends. Our goal is for ALL children to feel safe, loved, and chosen here at Fellowship church.
How do I request support for my child?
1.) Contact our Assistant Director of Buddy Ministry, Shannon Argo at shannon.argo@fellowshipknox.org to start the conversation.
2.) A phone call with Shannon will assist your family to create the best plan to help your child participate at church. This could include utilizing sensory items, help with transitions, and/or a one-on-one volunteer.
3.) If needed, take a tour of Kids Ministry during the week to allow your child to become familiar with the environment before Sunday morning.
