Do Not Hinder Them

This Sunday, Gospel Sunday, Greg Pinkner took us back into Matthew. In these verses, he looked at how Jesus is God but also acts as our intermediary - He prays for us. And like the children that came to Him, we should approach Him with childlike faith. Greg also looked at verses from Ephesians - the Pastoral Gospel, which tells us the Why of the Gospel. Without God, our natural and spiritual state is dead and the Gospel is only good news if we know that we have no shot at salvation without it. The only way to receive God's mercy, love, and grace is through faith, which is the gift of God.
