Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

Our lives can often feel uncertain and shifting, where faithfulness can feel small and unnoticed. But Easter reminds us of something deeper—that because Jesus rose from the dead, what we do today is never in vain. Every act of love, every quiet moment of obedience, every step of faith—it all matters now and into eternity.

The resurrection of Jesus is not just the promise of life after death; it’s the foundation for a life of purpose now. It gives us reason to stand firm, to keep going, to trust that our work in the Lord is part of something much bigger.
